The award recognizes small and medium-sized employers with exceptional workplaces and forward-thinking human resource policies.

Dejero, who grew its team by over 40% in 2018, was granted this award based on its commitment to supporting its employees through the many programs that contribute to a true work-life balance and enjoyable workplace experience.
