Dejero Deemed One of the Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2020

This honour is given by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

Great Place to Work® surveyed hundreds of organizations, using direct feedback from employees to determine who would be eligible for this recognition. Organizations must be Great Place to Work™ certified in the past year, have at least 15 female employees, and have at least 90% of employees agree that their workplace is safe and that people are treated fairly regardless of their gender. The best companies are determined based on survey scores from female employees, as well as by their programs and practices that promote fair treatment and advancement of women.
