True connectivity from the true north

Fourteen years ago, Dejero founder Bogdan Frusina had an idea. Through his experience providing mobile connectivity for campaigns, Bogdan witnessed first-hand the challenges field correspondents had to report live from the campaign trail. He saw the logistical challenges, inflexibility, and high cost of existing technology—and knew there was a better way.

He assembled a team of mobile internet and cellular network experts to develop and commercialize a live broadcast solution that took advantage of emerging mobile networks.

Fast-forward to 2022, and Dejero products are used worldwide by everyone from news organizations, to public safety agencies, to media production companies to create and distribute content to their audiences. But Canada will always be an important part of our story.

As we prepare to celebrate Canada Day on July 1, we wanted to share some of the ways Dejero is a made-in-Canada success story:

Today, Dejero is a company of over 150 talented people worldwide, working together to develop innovative connectivity solutions. We’ve come a long way and we’re not slowing down.

In 2022, we announced our next generation of EnGo mobile transmitters, built from the ground up to get the most out of 5G networks and the next step in our mission to provide reliable connectivity anywhere.
