Don't Let a Call Interrupt Your Mobile Stream

Today’s tips and tricks post was inspired by the question: Will an incoming call interrupt the stream if you’re live on a smartphone?

The answer is yes, but fortunately, there is a simple way around it —just turn on the phone’s Do Not Disturb feature.

Here’s how to do it on an iPhone:

1. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb.

2. Turn on Manual

3. Turn off Scheduled

4. Set Allow Calls From to No One

5. Turn Repeated Calls to Off

6. Change the Silence setting to Always

There will now be a crescent moon in the top status bar to let you know that Do Not Disturb is on.

When you’re done, just disable the feature by going back into Settings > Do Not Disturb, and switching Manual to Off.

That’s all there is to it!
